On 11 June, the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the “Maarifparvarlik” Azerbaijani Youth Social Assistance Association Public Union jointly organized an awareness-raising event on combating trafficking in human beings at Masalli Vocational School.

Addressing the participants, a representative of the Main Department provided comprehensive information on the nature of trafficking in human beings, its various forms, methods for identifying victims of trafficking in human beings, initial assistance and support available to potential victims, as well as the “152” hotline.

At the conclusion of the event, participants’ questions on the topic were answered in detail.
