A person, who forced a minor into begging, has been arrested in Baku.
As a result of the measures conducted by the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ilgar Alasgarov has been detained in suspicion of involvement a minor into labor.
It has been proved with investigation that he obtained revenue by involving the victim into vagrancy and begging in different areas of Baku.
Criminal case, launched on the article of Criminal Code on involvement of a minor into forced labor, has been completed and sent to court for review.
I. Alasgarov has been charged with the mentioned article of the Criminal Code and arrested for 7 years 6 months.
