Under the organization of the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, awareness-raising events on the topic of “Combating Trafficking in Human Beings” are being conducted in educational institutions throughout the Republic.
From 23 to 27 May, additional events were held in several secondary vocational education institutions in the Quba, Astara, Lankaran, and Masalli districts. Representatives of the Ministry of Science and Education and the Coalition of NGOs against Trafficking in Human Beings also participated in these events.
Participants were provided with comprehensive information on combating trafficking in human beings, and discussions were conducted. At the conclusion of the events, participants’ questions were addressed in detail.
