On April 22, a lecture on the topic of “Main Directions and Legal Framework for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings in the Republic of Azerbaijan” was delivered at the Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to participants of in-service training courses.
Colonel of Police Araz Babayev, head of division at the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, provided detailed information to the audience regarding national legislation adopted in the field of combating trafficking in human beings, international conventions and agreements ratified by the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the activities and measures undertaken in this area at the national level.
At the conclusion of the lecture, all questions raised by participants were answered comprehensively.
