On May 5 and 6, 2024, an educational event took place in the cities of Siyazan and Guba, organized by the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Science and Education, the Office of the Ombudsman, and the NGO Coalition to Combat Human Trafficking. The event focused on the theme "Combating Human Trafficking" for teachers and students of boarding and boarding-type educational institutions in these regions.

During the event, Ibrahim Ahmadov, a representative from the Main Department of Combating Human Trafficking, and Eynulla Kheyrullayev, Chairman of the "Guba Regional Resource and Training Center" Public Union, delivered informative speeches on combating human trafficking.

About 150 students and teachers participated in the event, receiving extensive information on the topic. Additionally, discussions were held, and questions from participants were answered in detail.
