Through the investigative measures taken by the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it was uncovered that Alamzar Kazimov had engaged in various criminal activities. Specifically, Kazimov, acting in concert with a group of individuals who had conspired in advance, exploited the vulnerability of women by leveraging greed and deception. He orchestrated their illegal transfer across state borders for the purpose of sexual exploitation, employing threats and coercion. Furthermore, he committed acts of human trafficking by confiscating the victims' passports and conducting illegal actions with documents to facilitate human trafficking.
The Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Articles 144-1.2.1, 144-1.2.2, 144-1.2.4-1, 144-1.2.5, and 144-3.4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding the fact of exploitation. The circumstances of the case were investigated in detail and sent to the Baku Grave Crimes Court. According to the court's decision, Alamzar Kazimov's actions were proven, and he was sentenced to 8 years and 6 months in prison.
