In September and October, representatives from the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Science and Education, the Office of the Ombudsman, and the NGO Coalition to Combat Human Trafficking continued their educational activities. Extensive awareness events were organized for teachers and students of 11 vocational lyceums and schools in Baku and Sumgait cities, as well as the Absheron region. The events focused on the topic of "The Nature, Forms, Dangers of Human Trafficking and the Combating Human Trafficking."

More than two thousand students and teachers participated in these events, where they received detailed information about the nature and forms of human trafficking, methods of identifying victims, first aid, services for potential victims, and the available "Hotline."
The events were well-received, generating many questions from participants, which were thoroughly answered by the presenters.
