Arzu Gahramanova, a resident of the Tovuz district, organized a criminal group with her brothers, Azer and Rashad Gahramanov. Between 2016 and 2019, this group deceived female citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with false promises of employment, transporting them to Bursa, Turkey, for the purpose of human trafficking and subjecting them to sexual exploitation.

The investigation of the criminal case against the aforementioned individuals was conducted by the Investigation Department of the Main Department on Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Upon conclusion, the case was forwarded to the Ganja Grave Crimes Court for adjudication. According to the court's verdict, Arzu Gahramanova was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment, Azer Gahramanov received an 8-year prison sentence, and Rashad Gahramanov was sentenced to 3 years of restricted freedom.
