On September 21, the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs organized an awareness event titled "Combating Human Trafficking" for teachers and students of Gazakh and Tovuz State Socio-Economic Colleges, Ganja Music College, and Ganja State Regional College.

Sarkhan Aghamirov, representing the Main Department, and Sudaba Mammadova, Chairwoman of Tamas Regional Development Public Union, participated in the event. Over 300 teachers and students attended, receiving comprehensive information on the nature and various forms of human trafficking, methods for identifying victims, first aid and support services available to potential victims, the "Hotline," and other victim identification techniques.

The training sessions generated significant interest among participants, who actively engaged with the topics discussed, with all queries being addressed comprehensively.
