Article 524. Engagement in Prostitution

Engagement in prostitution – is punished by a fine in the amount of one hundred manats.

Article 193. Compelling an employee to perform work outside their job functions

An employer who compels an employee to perform work (service) not included in their job functions, under the threat of termination of the employment contract or deprivation of concessions and privileges established in the collective agreement, shall be liable to a fine in the amount of one thousand to two thousand Azerbaijani manats.
