Police general-major, Heydarov Heydar Teyyub

He was born in 1959. He graduated from the Oil and Chemistry Institute to the name of M.Azizbeyov in 1983 and also from the Police Academy in 1997.

He has begun to his professional experience in the Internal Affairs Authorities since 1986 as an operational officer, later senior operational officer, deputy chief of division, chief of division, deputy chief and chief of the Department.

On 27 January, 2017 he was appointed as a chief of the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of İnternal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

For his successful activity in Internal Affairs Authorities he was awarded with State Reward, as well as with third, second and first degree medals for Perfect Service, at the same time also awarded with different rewards.
He is married and has two children.

 

Deputy Chief of the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of İnternal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Police colonel, Zeynalov Samir Mammadhasan

He was born in 1980. He graduated with honored diploma from the Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2000.

He has begun to his professional experience in the Internal Affairs Authorities since 1996, in 2000-2005 in Baku city Khazar Region Police Department, in 2005-2006 as an operational officer in Main Organized Crimes Department at the MIA of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2006-2011 as an operational officer in Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of İnternal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, later senior operational officer, senior operational officer on special tasks, in 2011-2015 chief of division. On 21 January, 2015 he was appointed as a Deputy Chief of the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of İnternal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. For his successful activity in Internal Affairs Authorities he was awarded with State Reward, as well as with third and second degree medals for Perfect Service, at the same time also awarded with different rewards.

He is married and has two children.
